Unmatched Group Leader Support & Incentives
e appreciate the work involved in organizing a group for spiritual tours, and we recognize this fact by making a donation to your church or patronage. Casterbridge offers the following donations, which can reduce the total tour cost or go toward the charity or church project of your choice.

FREE TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR GROUP LEADERS & FREE PLACE CHAPERONES
Every teacher or Free Place chaperone that accompanies a group on a Casterbridge Church Tour is provided gratis with US$1.5 million+ of personal liability coverage and comprehensive travel insurance.

EXCURSION & ADMISSION FEES FREE
All excursions and admissions are included for your group and there are no 'optional' excursions. As such, all these items are included for all group leaders and chaperones.

COURTESY DISCOUNTS
In order to allow family members to travel with a Chaperone on their spiritual tour, we can offer a maximum of 3 courtesy discounts. The first chaperone's spouse or dependent (one per chaperone), who travels as a group member, will be eligible for a 20% courtesy discount. The second chaperone's spouse or dependent (one per chaperone), who travels as a group member, will be eligible for a 15% courtesy discount. The third chaperone's spouse or dependent (one per chaperone), who travels as a group member, will be eligible for a 10% courtesy discount. (Discounted Participants do not count towards the final group size)

MINISTER DISCOUNTS
Additional minister members (a Maximum of 3 Total) who are not traveling on a free place can also qualify for a 15% faculty discount, if they wish to join the spiritual tour. (Discounted Participants do not count towards the final group size)

STIPEND PAYMENTS
Our standard free place ratio is one free for every ten paying participants, but we are able to offer cash stipends for each unutilised free place as follows:

For a Tour Costing $1,500 - $1,999, a $750 Stipend could be taken, rather than a free place
For a Tour Costing $2,000 - $2,999, a $1,000 Stipend could be taken, rather than a free place
For a Tour Costing $3,000 - $3,499, a $1,250 Stipend could be taken, rather than a free place
For a Tour Costing $3,500 - $5,000, a $1,500 Stipend could be taken, rather than a free place

FREQUENT LEADER BONUS
ur incentive scheme is unique in the religious travel market. If you travel to Europe with Casterbridge for 3 consecutive years, we will credit you with one Frequent Leader point for every full paying member of your group. You will receive 1 point per qualifying member if your tour cost is US$1999 or less, 2 points per group member for tours between US$2000 and US$2999 and 3 points per group member for tours over US$3000. For example, a group of 12 paying US $2200 will earn the Group Leader 24 points. We will record your entitlement, and once you have brought a group on an inclusive tour with Casterbridge for 3 consecutive years you will be eligible for the following:
100 pts	Return flight to a capital city in Europe.
150 pts	Return flight and one week's tourist class accommodation in a European capital city.
200 pts	Return flight to a capital city in Europe for two.
300 pts	Return flight and one week's tourist class accommodation in a European capital city for two (twin share basis).
